Massage has been practiced for thousands of years and is recognised as playing an important role in easing the rigours of everyday life.

Apart from soothing tired, aching muscles, regular massage can help to improve joint mobility, ease tension & stress, improve circulation and heighten your sense of wellbeing.

I now offer the following types of massage:

Stress Release - Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage - targeting the most usual problem areas for muscle tensions, this treatment aims to ease the tensions created by daily life & very often carried in the neck & shoulder area to create a sensation of deep relaxation.

Natural Lift Facial Massage - A wonderfully relaxing massage incorporating a blend of Acupressure, Indian and Japanese facial massage techniques applied to the face, scalp, neck and shoulders. This wonderfully comforting massage leaves  you feeling totally relaxed & the skin looking vibrant and supple.  Using these natural facial lift massage techniques helps to release muscular tension and remove toxins, improving the complexion and helping to prevent and potentiallly reduce wrinkles, age spots and the ageing process. The treatment lasts for a blissful 40 minutes making a perfect lunch hour treat or combine with a head massage for an hours pampering.

Indian Head Massage - Aims to release tension & stress in the muscles & joints of the head, face, neck, shoulders & arms. Excellent for relieving tension headaches, improving circulation & sinus problems whilst boosting energy & concentration.
